d) 协助甲方国外专利设备采购，加工制造中的技术监督。获取必要的高温，高压国内要求的设备认证文件。

4 . 产品质量达到国外同类产品要求

1. Provide process package, license of patent technologies and utility model patents.

2. Provide the basic design and detail design information for process units.

3. Technical assistance and supervision on construction site:

a) Technical assistance and supervision during construction

b) Technical assistance and supervision during start-up

c) Training

d) Assistance to licensed equipment procurement by Buyer in foreign country and technical

supervision during fabrication of such a equipment, as well as acquisition for

certification documents of high temperature and high pressure equipment required by

authorized department in China.

4. Product quality will achieve the requirement of similar products in

foreign country
