3. 外观： 白色颗粒粉末 （30目通过率100%）

   Appearance: White powder (100% pass-rate in 30 mesh)

4. 软化点：65°C – 67°C

   Softening point: 65°C – 67°C

5. 表观密度：0.2 ~ 0.5(Kg/L)

Apparent density: 0.2 ~ 0.5(Kg/L)

6. 真实密度：1.15 ~ 1.22 (Kg/L)

Real density: 1.15 ~ 1.22 (Kg/L)

7. PH值：7 ~ 10 (0.5wt%水溶液)

   PH value: 7 ~ 10 (0.5wt% aqueous solution )

8 灰分：≤2.5%

Ash: ≤2.5%

9 分解温度：423 ~ 425°C

10分子量范围：5 ~ 1000万 也可按客户要求定制

聚氧化乙烯的应用

Application:

1 造纸工业中作为长纤维分散剂,提高成品纸柔软性及均匀性。

  In paper-making industry it’s long fiber dispersant,improving softness and uniformity of finished paper.

2 纺织工业中织物抗静电剂；粘度调节剂。

  In textile industry it’s anti-static agent of fabric and viscosity regulator.

3 涂料工业中的水性涂料增稠剂；改进乳胶涂料的流平性及光泽度。

  In coatings it’s thickener of water-based coatings. Improve latex coatings level-ability and gloss 

4 陶瓷工业中的粘结剂；水性润滑剂。

  In ceramics it’s binder and water-based lubricant.

5 建筑材料中的水泥分散剂。混凝土增强剂。沥青铺路料粘度调节剂。

  In building maters it’s cement dispersant, enhancer of concrete and viscosity regulator of asphalt road material

6 医药行业中的药片包衣及缓释剂。

  In pharmaceutical industry it’s pill coating and sustained release agent.

7 日化行业中增效剂及润滑剂。改善产品的流变性，改善干湿梳理性能。

  In daily chemical industry it’s synergist and lubricant, improving product rheology and dry wet card. 

8 蜂窝式/板式脱硝催化剂生产中的保水，增稠，粘结，减阻作用。

  In denitration catalyst in mode of honeycomb/plate production it plays as water-weight,reducing resistance. 

9 石油钻探行业中的增稠剂及润滑剂。

  In petroleum drilling industry it’s thickener and lubricant.

1公斤塑料袋裝于10公斤，20公斤纸箱内的纸塑复合包装。也可根据客户需求包装。

储存：

Storage

存放于阴凉通风干燥处。避免阳光直射，雨淋，潮湿及火源附近。

干粉储存期一年

Store it in the place of cool,ventilation and dry,avoiding sunlight,raining,wet and far away to fire source.

Storage period of dry powder for one year
